Not a lop of app for the price. Would like LSD option. And also saved search option. But works well. Maybe offline mode? Even if it just gave you lats and longs offline, would be a big help. Happy with it though. Just needs a update!

With the extra cost of the pro side I expected to be able to plot more than one point in a trip; maybe able to layer a map with a second set of mapped locations with time sensitive notes that would prompt reminders in 120-180 days. Hope this app upgrades, as it stands the app on the pro side isnt worth spending a nickel to get.
Awesome to have an EMS fire or RCMP should use only thing I would add would be the NE NW SE SW into it
Base price is steep for 1 feature and pro price of $25 is slightly steep. I would be willing to pay $10-$15 for all those features
Worth every cent.
Great app good bye oilfield atlas. Hello prairie locator worth every penny I paid for it considering an oilfield atlas is $300.
Thought I would get quarter section accuracy without upgrading to pro for25 dollars which is steep.
Such a great app. Really saves time and is super easy to understand and direct people where to go. Whoever doesnt know north from south or east from west without buying the $25 pro version should probably go back to school!
Works great would be nice if there was an update that would make it compatible with the new maps from iOS 6.
Does exactly what it says. Very clean app, and very easy to use. Would be five stars if there was an option to use Googles Glorious Master Race Maps instead of Apples Derp Maps.
This app should allow LSD as would pinpoint location with greater degree of accuracy!! I am not happy to have to pay price asked for professional upgrade--also a complete GREAT APP would allow both conversions & incl GPSConvert to legal land. Then ask for $$...
I dont usually write reviews however this GPS is not good, you basically need to buy the upgrade instantly if you work in the oil field so nope dont buy it
I use this app constantly at work for keeping track of spread out job sites and sending away utility locates! Saves me hours staring at maps in the truck! I only wish it also showed the land locations on each section full time. As it is now, when you search, you only get the section/quarter you search. Id like to see all the sections labelled to see whats next to my search. It would also be awesome if I could select or highlight quarters in an area for when I make lists of locations. For example, clicking on a quarter to highlight it as a home quarter.
Could you please implement google maps, possibly in the way that the yellow pages app does?
This app is minimally useful. The conversion works but the mapping features are stingy. It doesnt allow you to copy gps coordinates into another app. It only uses Apple maps and doesnt allow exports from apple maps. So...I have to manually transfer the data into another, more useful app. The pro version costs $24.99 and offers little more for the money. Too bad - Id spend a few more dollars for the pro version but not that much.
App is simple to use and I like the fact it gives your location relative to the land location!!
Good for finding directions to a legal address you know, but cant tell you the legal address of where you currently are, so useless for my purposes.
I bought this thinking it would get me closer to where I needed to go. This version only drops a pin in the middle of the section of land or center of a 1 mile square. Look for app called LeaseTracker. Free version gets you way way way closer and it uses Apple maps so turn by turn audio works.
I bought the Pro version thinking it would be just what I wanted. As it turns out, it uses Apple maps which are not only useless but dangerous where I live (N. Alberta). It also uses the aerial photography from Apple which is atrocious and way, way worse than what other apps access. Most importantly, it doesnt highlight a quarter at all well - they are about 600-800 feet too narrow north/south. I pointed out this bug several years ago to the developer and nothing was done. $25 for this is a cash grab - too bad.
Not very useful. Seems like you would have to buy the $25 expansion to get any use out of it.
